Investment Objective

The Frontier HyperiUS Global Equity Fund’s goal, also referred to as its investment objective, is long-term capital growth.

Principal Investment Strategy

The Fund's subadviser is Hyperion Asset Management Limited (doing business as H.A.M.L.) (the "Subadviser"). In selecting securities for the Fund, the Subadviser seeks to identify companies that have superior growth prospects and attractive risk-adjusted return profiles.

The Fund will normally hold a limited number (generally 15 to 30) of companies with no restrictions on the market capitalization of the companies in which the Fund may invest.

Mark Arnold

Mark Arnold

Mark is an original member of the Hyperion investment team and a founding shareholder. He was the key architect of Hyperion’s proprietary investment process including its portfolio management system that has underpinned the investment returns Hyperion has achieved since its inception. Mark has been professionally analysing listed companies since 1991. He originally worked as a Research Analyst at stockbroker Lance Jones Limited and then at Wilsons. Wilsons helped facilitate the establishment of Hyperion.

Jason Orthman

Jason Orthman

Jason joined Hyperion in 2008 as an Investment Analyst. He was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2009 and subsequently promoted to Deputy Chief Investment Officer in 2017 in recognition of his contribution to Hyperion’s alpha. Prior to joining Hyperion, Jason gained 6 years of industry experience as a small to mid-cap Equity Analyst with a stockbroker, Wilsons.

Pursuant to an expense cap agreement between the Fund’s adviser, Frontegra Asset Management, Inc. ("Frontegra") and the Fund, Frontegra agreed to waive its management fee and/or reimburse the Fund’s operating expenses to the extent necessary to ensure that the Fund’s total operating expenses (excluding acquired fund fees and expenses) do not exceed 0.80% and 0.95% of the Fund's average daily net assets for Institutional Class and Service Class shares respectively. The expense cap agreement for the Fund will continue in effect until October 31, 2025, with successive renewal terms of one year unless terminated by Frontegra or the Fund prior to any such renewal. “Other Expenses” are presented before any waivers or expense reimbursements.
